Shop Capabilities

We operate a fully equipped, high-capacity fabrication and machining facility designed to meet the precision, quality, and schedule demands of today’s industrial customers. Our team of certified fabricators and welders work with a range of materials and are equipped with cutting-edge tools and technology. 

They custom fabricate exchangers and components parts and meet a full array of standards, including those laid out by National Board Inspection Code (NBIC), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association (TEMA), and American Petroleum Institute (API), among others.  

We have equipment for tube rolling, vertical boring, plate shearing, tapping, torque wrenching, and more. Further, we also maintain a large inventory of stock tubing to help meet time-sensitive projects and offer full logistics support, pick-up, and delivery.

Advanced Machining Technology

With today’s demanding schedules, our customers require higher quality and quicker turnaround times than ever before. Our solution is the QuickMill Intimidator Gantry Machining Center.

This fully automated, state-of-the-art CNC gantry system has a 120- by 120- by 24-foot work envelope and drill hole accuracy of 0.0001 feet. This machine promotes high-efficiency, high-precision drilling and milling, helping support faster turnaround times and lower production costs for clients.

Qualified Welding Processes and Materials

We maintain qualified welding procedures across a wide range of materials using multiple processes. With certifications in MIG, TIG, sub arc, electrode, and strip lining, our welders are dedicated to providing a quality product at the best possible price. In some cases, we can save you the cost of investing in high-priced materials at full thickness by using corrosion-resistant, weld-overlayed steel combined with more durable alloys.

Heat Treating

We also offer localized stress-relieving, utilizing a wrap-on coil system that can be applied to most any situation. Our electrical stress-relieving furnace measures 6 by 6 by 12 feet. Its programmable four-point temperature controller, along with its recorder and audio/visual alerts, help quickly detect any potential problems and promote a consistent heat treat cycle to your specifications.
